Introducing the newest Five Cent Racer...

Well, we overshot Carlisle by about two weeks, but the little one finally decided to say hi late this week. Lucas Matthew Nichols was born 10:55pm on June 3rd!

6lbs 8oz, and 20" long, and mom and baby are doing very well. We will be taking him home tomorrow, where I plan on immediately sizing him for custom racing suits in preparation for junior kart racing. :)

Cory: put on your glasses, dude --- fresh out of the box, all babies are, well, if not actually ugly, then certainly too red, crusty and wrinkled. But this passes very quickly, and even I can see this young squirt is going to be a handsome lad. Just look at his Grampa.

Chris and family: Congrats on this major life change. Speaking from both sides (parent & G-parent) this is going to be a fun ride.
