Can someone tell me how to find other owners on some type of registry like the last site please? I am rethinking my color choice for the new build and would like to look at some Stone Grey type colors. I believe it was Dan Zimmermans car that I am looking for as well as another slightly different Stone type grey with a "totally tomato"interior.

Dale's car is an early VW color, Maus Gray.

Stone grey is listed by Porsche as "sonderfarben" (special paint) for year 1957. You can Google Porsche stone grey, and get lots of examples on 356's, 911's, etc, but be prepared for LOTS of color variations. I don't know why the variations exist, but it's more than the lighting, background, etc. Best of luck, it's what I've chosen for body color.
