Is this worth anything (steering wheel)?

It came with Hurly (my wife named the car already) and i want a banjo wheel instead. It's brand new. any idea what this would go for?

it has all the allan bolts - i just put two in for the picture.

Not sure what it is worth, but if you decide to change it out, I bet it would go nicely on my old Falcon. The wooden wheel that is on it now has seen better days.

Looks like a wheel that was supplied in the CMC speedster kit...what it may be worth is ...you're at the mercy of ebay bidders, put a higher reserve on it and see what happens.

If it say's Nardi, it's one thing. If it is just a nice wood wheel, that's another thing. I would think Ebay or Samba. Probably $50 to $75 if not Nardi. It does appear to have the 6 hole Nardi pattern, but they are all signed. However, if you have a Nardi equivalent adapter under it, that's worth $50 easy. A Nardi wheel would be worth $100 to $200.

The horn button looks small to me, maybe like a Grant. Does anyone know the size of the hole on a Nardi or LeCarra hub? I want a nicer button but the size is usually not listed, just the brand it fits.

The sculpted rim, where it meets the spokes, sure looks a lot like this one. Maybe a NARDI knock-off without the signature, but still really nice.

i just double checked the wheel for markings. It's an Italian wheel called NUVOA RAID. 14" Diameter

This would be good on a street rod or old car. Are you still planning to E-Bay it? I have a project that it would go on nicely. Any idea what you are wanting for it? I might be interested.

i just bought a new complete steering wheel setup last night (restored '57 batwing).

A VW Bat Wing wheel for a Speedster? THAT'S what I'M doing! I've added thumb rests and altered the area where the cross bar "enters" the rim for a little smoother flow. You can make a SWEET horn button by dropping a hubcap crest (sans pins) into the button assembly where the domed Wolfsburg crest sits; ends up looking factory made.

i juswt picked it up last night. new shaft, restored oval column, restored 3-wire signal assembly and the sexy batwing. very very vintage.

Yeah, but they won't fit the early VW wheels, too big. PLUS a $15.00 split window VW Bus horn button and a free wheel crest puts you right in the sweet spot. Kinda helps off-set what the steering wheel costs . . .
