Bill would have loved that! a parade of speedsters!
You guys are the best, truly amazing just like Bill.
Thank you so much for all of your kind words!
Much Love,
Nancy Nittler
Nancy your man is something else.. all I can say is that on one of our recent runs though the mountains I told him that his picture in the car with Barkley was by far the BEST picture I'd ever seen on this SOC website, and the very next time we ran the hills again he brought me an 8X10 color copy of it.. No reason, just brought it for me and told me that he wanted me to have it... Nuff said! Now Theron has it on the cover of this website... thank you Theron! and thank you Bill, I'll never forget my friend...
I ask the So Cal SOC'ers that we now call it the Bill Webster run!

Met him briefly at Carlisle, seemed like a really fun guy...

I agree with David, we need a Bill Webster Memorial Run....
and Newcombe Ranch would be the appropriate destination..
(in good weather of course)maybe in the spring before
Pismo Beach....

Most memorial bike runs have a cause. If you do a memorial run / fundraiser for a good cause in Bill's name count me in I can't make the run but I will donate.

Mr Bill will definitely be missed. Karen and I particularly enjoyed he and Nancy at Morro Bay. If you guys don't do a Memorial Ride, we should do something at Pismo for sure.
im in on the memorial run when the time comes. still hard to believe...
Nancy,
It's nice to see you on the site. You and all of Bill's family are in my thoughts often. He was amazing person, but I'm sure you know that better than all of us. Like most of the others here, I'd only spent a small amount of time with Bill yet he left a huge impression. Bill is a great example of how to live -- with kindness and openness.
All,
I think a memorial run to Angeles Crest would be great celebration of Bill. I wish Blake and I could have done it with Bill; we will certainly not miss it in his honor.
Maybe we can still do some sort of memorial for him next June in Pismo. I imagine it would be nice for those that are too far to come down to So Cal, and for all of us as it'll be the first time we have such a large group together again.

When I was a kid, I know, that was a long time ago, we would do the Angeles Crest Highway thing all the time. Drive too fast, get crazy, and all that stuff. I hope the Mr Bill Memorial Drive works out soon as I will surely like to be a part of it.
to be respectful to Bill's son Bobby, the decision is made not to run to Angeles Crest at this time, it's just to soon for that...
There is a thread about Bill's service...please look at it....

Agreed there's no rush for this run... I like the Pismo thing too.
