I just found out the Greg' passed away in November 2015 from lung cancer. He was at Carlisle for years and participated in the Pumpkin Runs here in Pa. A super nice guy, a gentlemen and a gentleman....................................

Wow... Quite a while back, but then, he hasn't been a regular on here for a couple if years. Guess now we know why. Lung Cancer is awful.
Greg used to be a regular at Carlisle and was a welcome chatter in the hotel parking lot and hospitality room with a wealth of knowledge about our cars.
So sorry to hear that he's gone.
Oh I hate to hear that. Greg was such a nice person to spend some time with. I wondered why he seemed to have disappeared.

Wow, that's a shock! I wasn't aware he was ill, thanks for letting us know Alan. Greg had two Speedsters for a while then sold both to buy a Fiat Abarth. His wife always came to Carlisle with him. Hate to hear we lost him, super guy.

So sorry to learn of Greg's passing.
He did a couple of subtle and impressive customized touches to his red speedster. One was the clever adaptation of smaller (7" high) VW bumper guards. Apparently I was the only one at Carlisle that noticed them...He was tickled pink that somebody appreciated his creative efforts.
