I'm planning to purchase a speedster from JPS
in the very near future. Is there someone in the
San Jose / Palo Alto area with a 2110cc typeI JPS,
who would be willing to take me for a spin?

I'd appreciate any comments (good or bad) from
anyone who has experience with a JPS speedster
set up with the "custom" package.

thanks,
Erik

Erik,
I had John build a car for me in 1996. He did a beautiful job. I've replaced the original engine with a 2110, as well as other mechanical changes, but the rest of the car is John's original work. I live in Belmont, and the car spends most of the winter in Burlingame. I'd be happy to take a little drive with you. Send me an e-mail. Joel
Joel,
Until recently I lived right up the street from you at 2327 Coronet.
I can't tell you how many times I was going to stop and talk to you about your sweet ride. Small world. Moved recently to Grass Valley but I work on the peninsula. Your speedster has a certain 'soul' to it. That must be why I was so partial to JPS. I'm going to meet Erik over at Nob Hill Foods on Tuesday at 4:00 to show him my car. Can you join us?
Terry
