Can't help you with the fuse panel, but the way I lube the cables (about every five years or so) is:

 

1.  Put on some Nitrile gloves

 

2.  Put a bunch of rags all around the driver's footwell area, or simply use a small drop cloth to protect all of the carpeting and seat

 

3.  Remove the pedal cluster

 

4.  Remove the cable (either) at the pedal cluster end 

 

5.  Squirt a glob (cherry tomato size) of automotive grease into one hand

 

6.  Draw the cable through the glob of grease, thoroughly greasing all of it for the entire length.

 

7.  Replace the cable into it's appropriate tube and thread to the rear.

(Note: I have had good luck greasing the cable while I thread it into the tube and to the rear of the car, too - IF it doesn't get hung up somewhere while pushing it back.  Either way, it has the potential of getting messy.) 

 

8.  Re-attach the cables while replacing the pedal cluster

 

9.  Re-attach the rear cable fittings and adjust as necessary.

 

That's about it.

Six fuses from left to right.

 

Large red wires from ignition switch. Main power

Large red wires to high beam relay and headlight switch

Black wire ignition

Bundle of multi colored wires to ignition fed accessories (wipers, horn, brake lights)

Large blue wires Low beam light circuit

Large White wires High beam light circuit
