Yes I agree with you… seller don t know , only try to sell 😂😂

my idea is find a good base for make interior and exterior paint in the color I like ..

about quality in what order we can put  Vs  , Beck, CMC , Jps, Intermeccanica ?

Quality in order is subjective, and depends on how well the speedster was maintained.  For instance, IM has often been considered one of the best in terms of build quality etc.  I'm not trying to budget shame you, but at a budget of mid 30s, I don't think you would be able to get into an IM that has been well maintained.  You may be able to find a IM from the late 70s / 80s.  But that's a lot of years.

Beck?  their build quality is top notch as well.  AND....they have something the other manufacturers don't (well, as much).  And that is access to Carey Hines, who is a regular on this forum.  Carey is helpful beyond words.

I own a VS......and will lump it in the same category as JPS and CMC.  I've seen some quality speedsters from each of those manufacturers, and some that you will want to run.  I believe all CMC cars are home built (someone can correct me if I'm wrong).  Now there are amazing builders out there that build these in their garages (we have a number of them of our site).  But also know, there are A LOT of not so good builders out there, that will find any shortcut known to man.

Perfectly clear …. The first one is an Intermeccanica with 2110 engine . look nice inside .. I don t like the seat

1600 engine in the VS  it's too small?

the other 2 are vintage speedster , all the price is all most the same …

The red one is a CMC , the owner still have the book .. he declare motor is change end all the other info I copy in the previous message .
price is 20k.. and maybe can be a good base for spend another 15k in top for restore …

I wait for advice … thank you to everyone

If the first one is an Intermeccanica, it is a very early one, and essentially the same as a CMC.  The good IMs are the later tube-framed ones, which this clearly is not.  It may or may not be well built, but we can't tell from the information provided.  Your budget of $30k or so will pretty much eliminate the good IMs and Becks.  Of the remaining cars, I'd say your lowest risk is a Vintage, but that's just my opinion.

CMC/FF were advertised only as kits.  They had the ones they advertised in many airports in the '80s probably built by custom shops.  Seems every airport I flew to had one underglass.

CMC offered an optional "for show "roll bar - but that isn't it!  Nothing there but fiberglass so suspect it is easily removed.  That one would be a skull crusher in a minor accident. DrClock built several using the old model stainless steel Miata roll bar (again for show) and they look great.

Can you do the work yourself or do you have to pay to have it done?  Price a decent paint job and interior redo.  A new engine, rebuilt transaxle and suspension/brake work are costly too.  Psrt have gone up in price - hence Speedster prices too.

I think about the CmC  ( the red one) for 20k and invest the other budget for restore the car

Please don't take this wrong, but where are you located? It seems as if English isn't your first language. If you aren't in the USA, the prices I've got in my head might not be what you'll pay.

... but if you're paying USA prices, a paint job is going to cost about $7000- $10,000 and an interior is going to cost at least $5000. If you put $15,000 in a $20,000 CMC, you still have a CMC.

I'd get one of the Vintage Speedsters. My advice always gets me in trouble when I take it for myself.
