I think that's IT!
JouFuu, JouFoo, where for art thou JouFuu?
Thanks for the reminder Jethro. I had to look up the thread myself. Still one of this site's finer hours.
"In fact, the previous owner who had it for close to 3 years has owned several original 356’s and said that this Replica is absolutely more fun to drive then the original."
A Subie Coupe more fun to drive than the original 60 HP? You think?
I remember that thread with J.F. Everyone trying to cut him some slack and give him a chance to turn into a nice guy ... but it never happened. He just got shittier and shittier. It is a fun read for those of you who missed it. :-)
But the car might be ok. Depends on how he treated it in the 3 years of his stewardship. I might run over to look at it. Most of the JPSs I have seen have had a rough fit and finish with a pretty engine.
Stan:
I just went back through the JouFoo thread you sent the link to. Stand by every word.
I'll never forget him, LOL!
WOW. I just visited that thread. The first page I went, "Oh shirt, I don't know if I can read all of this." The next 4 pages were pure gold. This place rocks, I needed a laugh and got a mother forking shirt load.

Calmotion, thanks again for thinking of me. ‘Tis i is certainly a beauty. But, I just found my other ‘dream’ car - a 2009 911 4S Carrera - 997.2. It’s cherry and only has 25K. It’s 100 % stock except it was lowered therefore it’s in the shop getting stock Porsche springs and shocks (ordered) installed. Its an I incredible car but just too low for DD. Thanks again - SFnative
Must have missed that thread somehow. But glad I did.

If you go see it Carlos, tell him I said hi...
PS- got the shocks a little over a week? ago. I understand there was a slight delay at this end with the family pony express. Thank you and again, my apologies for the screw up on my end.
And just re-read the whole thread; sorry for all the trouble guys. I'm not sure how I do it. I'll try harder to behave myself with the new guys in the future...
ALB:
I hope you are kidding. You don't have anything to apologize for.
Newbie to the site, looking for a little help...anybody know what that black knob under the dash goes to on this coupe?
Just kidding. Merry Christmas! And thank you to all of you who don't know me from Adam but provide this great resource that helps me keep the CMC that I bought at a garage sale when I was a teenager running now 25 years later!
Good on you, March ! The black knob goes directly to a brass thingy.
