I'm not sure why, but in this business it seems very difficult to get the manufacturer's to call/email you back.

Before my present career, I worked many years in a business that was very "customer service" heavy. Phone calls were returned promptly, emails promptly etc. Prompt meant 15-30 minutes. If you were slow that day, faster than that. Phone rang it was picked up on 1st or 2nd ring. No exceptions.

Many businesses where the person who you are trying to get on the phone/email is also a craftsman have a portion of the day, say 3-5 PM that is office time where calls/emails are returned.

Simply not the case in the spyder replica world. Be persistent and patient, David.
