Just found you guys, I bought my Vintage speedster in Williamsburg Va. and drove it home just before Christmas. I made the trip to Lubbock Texas in just 2 days(a little over 1700 miles) It got a little cool at time but the heater did a fair job and the side curtains had a few leaks but it was still a lot of fun

Doesn't seem to be a lot of activity around here bet I'm not afraid of road trips
Welcome to the Madness, Mike! This site is very informative and entertaining site (if you take comments with a grain of salt)!
Check under the 'EVENTS' thread for SOC groups/gatherings around the U.S. of A. Also, check out the video links for Speedsters Meets Spyders Carlisle and West Coast Cruise.
Hope to see you one of these days at one of those events!
Have fun with your new ride (as if you're not already grinning ear-to-ear when you drive it)!
Welcome Mike. The previous owner of your car, Stacey, was s good friend. Very cool that when you bought it you jumped in and drove it all the way to Texas. Hope you enjoy the Speedster.
every single time, Thanks for reminding me.I need to call Stacey just to let him know the car is doing well
