I just got a call from my transporter, my new speedster will arrive today about 530pm! Christmas in June baby! I was the purchaser of Alan Merklins project 43 car. Cant wait to get it home tonight! Photos to follow. Let the madness begin!

Be as it may and despite 218 Carlisle weekend sorting miles, the last speedster has developed a couple of glitches i.e. an oil leak at a AN fitting on the remote oil filter housing and a tach issue, Certainly frustrating for Paul but we'll get it resolve .

ITs all part of the madness, we will get it sorted out and running like a rocket soon! Alan has been great helping remotely to get things ready.
It happens to all of us. Minor glitches actually have a benefit: every time you have to deal with one, you learn more about your car, and develop a better feel for what you have.
