Are the Kadron filters in my VS reusable or should I get some K&N replacements? I've read about the K&N cleaning & recharging kit for filters and wondered if I could use it on the existing filters.

Are the Kadron filters in my VS reusable or should I get some K&N replacements? I've read about the K&N cleaning & recharging kit for filters and wondered if I could use it on the existing filters.
From the lowbugget.com website I saw that the stock elements are washable; I suppose they're good enough but; where can I get the K&N's?
Any autoparts shop, Autozone, Pep etc...
Checked the size of my filters on my VS (the EMPI kit) and they are 5.75" in diam. and 3.5" in height. Looked at all K&N's in the website and couldn't find an exact replacement in terms of dimensions. Has any of you bought any K&N's that would fit this application perfectly? If not which dimensions would be a good compromise? I know for a fact that diameters over 5.75" can't be used here; what about height? What's the model no.? Thanks!
Just wanted to update: I emailed K&N and am waiting for their answer. They say on their website that they can modify the height of any filter. That means I can get any round filter with the right diameter and higher and they'll just cut it to the height I need. I will report back as soon as I get feedback from them.
