Does anyone know how you can tell where a kit body comes from? Seller is not sure what company made the body.
Need to know, so I can purchase right carpet kit and leather trim.

Post some photos we can usually ID the mfg.
Will also need interior & dash photos
Can't be sure on this one. You can get a carpet set from Greg at Vintage Motorcars Hawaiian Gardens CA. That carpet kit will fit CMC and FiberFab as well as Kirk's previous Vintage Speedster cars. The Speedsters it will not fit are Streets Beasta and Mexico built speedsters.

You'll need to purchase 5 cans of 3M Super 90 Spray Adhesive ( Lowes or ACE Hardware @ $14 per can for the 17.6OZ. (Be careful eBay and others sell smaller cans ) ...........and a roll of 1-1/2 " wide blue painter's tape.

Greg's carpet set also fits the original pan-based Intermeccanicas. Like all carpet kits, you'll need to do some trimming.

If you've already bought it, we can help you identify the manufacturer when it gets to you.
If you want to know before you buy, see if you can get some pictures of the door jambs (stickers) and the hinges on the trunk and engine lid.
Looks like dash is cut for 914 gauges (larger tach in center than other gauges). So no tell tail 5 Vintage CMC featured gauges. I've not seen plywood kick boards used - usually carpet is just glued to fiberglass panels. Seats aren't std FF/CMC supplied.
Thanks everyone. It might be a body made in Mexico. Haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet.
