Think so. I know I sent them a blurb about Knotts and what us Speedster/Spyder guys were attempting. They were there covering us, interviewing us and taking pics. I assume they did the same at Carlisle. I was somewhat disappointed in their feeble attempts at putting it in their Calendar section of the March or April issue. Now that we are on the map, we'll get some better meet announcement info from them.

Kit Car Builder Magazine graced my rural mailbox today......... with extensive coverage of the West Coast Knotts Speedster event as well as a write up on the East coast Speedster event at Carlisle !
Guess who got a special candid photo shoot? Non other than Bruce Stumpp's grandson " AJ" on page 40 .........

No, actually, AJ is my east coast grandson and Andrew is my west coast grandson and the one you met - they both love Speedsters and chocolate frosting. Andrew's Stumppster is yellow with red trim/upholstery while AJ's is red with yellow trim/upholstery.

As stated at the top of this thread, Jim Young's newsletter says "....and will be available on more newsstands (every Barnes & Noble bookstore has now signed on to carry it)...
Bruce, etal; I just spoke with Eric, editor of the "NEW" Kit Car. Great guy. The issue covering Knotts and Carlise will be on the news stands in August. The current issue, the first under Eric's editorship, is on stands now. Bruce S., Eric said to say hi.

Thanks. We're anxious to see both magazines (haven't even received my issue of Kit Car Builder yet). Eric may have one of the best photos which he shot at 4:00 Saturday when we had the most cars on the field at one time. He even had a red Speedster on his business card. Eric told me he spent several years at Streetrodder magazine so I went back and looked, was surprised how many photos and articles were under his name. I suspect he will be good for Kit Car magazine.
