while all you guys where enjoying the Morro Bay trip I went to the kit car show. It was a little disappointing but I did find a car that everyone might be interested in. A completed type 356-001 was there. The back is so slick, I love the mid engine setup. I think a speedster with that back would look sweet.

Three wheels, front wheel drive, air cooled Type 1 Turbo with a big intercooler. Body stil in work. Cooling by two top mounted horizontal electric fans. I questioned him about cooling. He seems certain that with some "ram air" scoops on the yet unbuilt body, he will have no problems.

Technically the vehicle is a motorcycle, but you do NOT need to have a cycle drivers license or need to wear a helmet on a three wheeler in California.
