That is the speedster smile. Bill's car is really nice. I always have trouble determining the tall overrider vs the low overrider? The fog lights look perfect!!!
M, this is a recent shot in front of SAW. Hope this will work.

I have a room at the Marriot but have never signed up for anything formally. Is there a form or something I have missed, An entrance fee?
Ralph,
You'll find the signup forms by clicking on the Replica Rendezvous 2 site, should be on the home page here, or you can sign up at the gate but might be cheaper to register your car on line!

Thanks Bruce.
Ralph, I want to add your name to the confirmed members, but didn't see a user profile. Where do you hail from?

Dale,
I'm not a huge "Prince" fan, but is that a raspberry beret?

Mike, that is an extremely rare, original 2002 ROOTS, USA Winter Olympic team beret. It was given to me by a great UPS driver after I ordered it via the internet. Actually it is great for winter drives and makes the wearer just a little bereter looking.
Here is my pic for the badge

THAT's worth an award, right there!

Sorry, Dale.
Didn't mean to berete your chapeau...
A nicer head-topper I believe I have never seen. Maybe when you organize Knotts '06, you can slap an event logo above the band - I know I'd wear one :)

Mike, thanks. Just to quell any rumors that might result about Knott's 06. My wife has already booked my April 2006. I will not be able to make Knott's next year. Sorry.

I'm sure Dave Martin could be "persuaded" to push the event back into May...
Gordon, I've only been as far east on I-40 as Waynesville, NC, near Lake Junaluska which is in the western part of the state. The route terminates in Wilmington, NC, which is on the coast. In other words, I have missed most of the NC segment. Perhaps I should make a special trip to finish it off???
Hey Mike!

I'm coming ! Just booked my flights.
I won't have my car, do I still need to register ? Or just turn up on the day ?
And do I need a name badge, or is that just for people showing cars ?

Jon,
You get by easy, no resistering needed without a car. Bring lots of photos of your car and countryside. You might try the Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Buena Park where we are all staying. They may have some rooms left. Click on the Speedsters West Icon on the home page, hotel and other info there.
Wow, we are getting International in the second year of this fun! Love it.
Bruce, "The Eagle Point Guy," sorry Gary!

John..... I am grinning when I say this. You have the most high-tech car in the SOC, and still run through telco for web?
A Neo-Luddite!!!!!
See you soon! I'll send you some numbers in the OKC area for SOS. You wont need them, but they will be good to have!

Lets call it Knotts updates 2.....I'm guilty of dial-up also. BTW I counted the number of changes or upgrades on my car and I broke 40 a little while back....so I guess leaving the standard configuration isn't too big a deal unless you count the additional costs. Boy I can't wait.
Jim Bob, it's me thoughtful John as in Hoss. I was trying to be nice to the real self-proclaimed luddites. Actually, I have a 3 meg cable modem. It's right fast, thank you very much.
