Let me see what we can do. It's been a very busy summer for us and we're looking for a diversionary break. I know that the NE TYP_356 club is sending their usual contingent of a dozen or so 356's so maybe we can tag along. I'll let ya know.

IF YOUR IN YOUR REPLICA YOU WILL PROBABLY BE DIRECTED TO PARK IN THE PROSCHE CORRAL AT LEAST 250 PORSCHES LETS TALK THIS UP ITS A BLAST X'S TWO FOR MORE INFO AND DIRECTIONS GOOGLE LIMEROCK PARK VINTAGE WEEKEND SEE YA!!

Looks like a lot of fun. Heidi and I are trying to re-schedule a bunch of stuff so we can be there on Saturday. We've never been there before.Are tickets available at the gate? Any helpful hints would be appreciated. Thanks.

GREAT AL HOPE YOU MAKE IT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL TRACK AND LOTS OF THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA YES TICKETS AT THE GATE OR ON LINE THE BEST SOURCE FOR INFO IS THE LIMEROCK PARK WEB SITE THEIR ARE FABULOUS CARS ON THE TRACK AND IN THE INFIELD GATE 2 ENTRANCE GIVES YOU THE BEAT ACCESS SEE YA!!!

Don't forget to get a paddock pass -well worth it for this track and event. We often used to hang out at turn four. Bring a grill, a canopy and a few coolers and lay back for the weekend. You're gonna LOVE it!

Al, tickets are indeed available at the gate. Looks like the Race day ticket, which covers Saturday or Monday is all that's available now, at $45 a pop. We usually get directed to the Porsche corral, which is the skidpad area. Lenny and I meet Dan O'Connell with our replicas as well as my friend Jim(911SC). David comes down from the North in his Mini, but used to come in his Spyder.

You can walk around the paddock and get REAL close to the cars. Up close last year(or the year before?) with the 1939 Mercedes Grand Prix car was awesome! Love getting close to the Ferraris, Maseratis, and especially the 908s, 910s, and 917s......

Don't bother trying to talk on your cell, but texting seems to work just fine. You are in the mountains in the middle of nowhere!

Definitely on my bucket list! My cousin, who lives in Philly, will be attending, lucky bastard! Wished I lived closer so I could make it. The sights, sounds, and even the smells of those vintage sports and racing cars being driven right in front of your eyes on the iconoc Lime Rock course must be mind blowing. We plan on being in that area this weekend and will try to make the show. Mom took a spill on Wed. and if she's ok we're headed for Limerock , which is a short ride from her place. My mother is a big race fan and car lover for as long as I can remember and she would like to be going to this. When she visits in Oct. we usually put 400 miles on the Speedster on the backroads around here. Hope to see y'all on Sat. AM

See you all there! Dan, we should be in the corral around then. We stop for breakfast in Millerton on the way there usually...all are welcome to join us. If the diner is open we'll be there, if not the coffee house around the corner(it's a SMALL town).

Marc & I got here last night and the cars are GREAT! There is a Porsche 908 racing! I've never actually seen one in the flesh before. I'll be swinging by the Porsche corral around 11:30 - hope to see you soon!

Thanks , Dan, Dan, and Lenny! We had a great time hanging out with you guys for the day. Great races, cars, and company. I will remember the laps on the track in Dan O's speedster until next year when we will do a few laps in ours. (Heidi will hound me relentlessly until I make it happen)

I THINK A FUN TIME WAS HAD BY ALL. LOTS OF GREAT CARS. IT WAS NICE TO SEE DANNY AND LENNY AGAIN AND 1ST TIMERS AL AND HEIDI WE MET AT 1130 AS PLANNED BUT SOMEHOW DID NOT CONNECT WITH SUZIE AND MARC. LETS WORK ON GETTING OTHER SOCERS FOR NEXT YEAR SEE YA
