Looks like next weekend guys I will get the info out to everyone later this week I will also be out there tomorrow scouting out a good lunch spot but for now it looks like Z pizza at crystal cove. Then a drive into Laguna beach for a Ice cold stout!
What is better Sat or Sun If we do the run on a sat can we get more Spyders to show? Let me know.
Man, I wish I had my IM this summer! Henry is starting my build this month and I can not wait. I live in Irvine and plan to make the Dana Point to Newport Beach run a Sat and Sun weekly ride. You guys are going to have a blast with the weather we had this last week. Have a great time and hope to join you guys on any future Laguna runs after December when I get my speedy. Have a blast!

When the weather is as nice as last weekend, either weekend day has heavy southbound traffic on PCH beginning in Corona Del Mar, then opens up through Newport Coast, then slows again in north Laguna by Boat Canyon. The southbound traffic is typically heaviest between 12 to 3 pm.

I'm fairly new to this site and look forward to meeting fellow Speedster/Spyder enthusiasts on a Laguna Beach run. I was out of town for the Arrowhead run, but it looks like everyone that went had a great road-trip. What a great sight that must have been seeing that caravan on the highway!

Sorry guys this weekend I can' make it I was hoping we could do it the following weekend Ihave a 3 day and I would really like to have a beer in Laguna So is everyone busy? I do have this Sunday off if you weant to all head down on Sunday?

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you all but work is kicking my butt.

Hey Jim nice to see you found the site I was the one that met you about 4 weeks ago in Laguna with your wife.I do hope you can meet up with us on the Laguna run,
MRDS PP!
David, I got a birthday kid dinner this sunday late afternoon and a hospital benefit all day next sunday, so it appears the next two weekends don't look so good for me, except for next saturday....the two Joe's are out and its always more fun if we get a good group, so you may want to put it off a few weeks, cause it looks like most of the regulars are booked the next few weeks....keep me posted.....
Gabe,
Glad to hear you got your engine problems resolved...
We had a good summer cruising south to the Hotel Del
north to wine country and then finally to Lake Arrowhead...
We covered the three directions pretty good, West would mean
either we trade these great cars for boats, or get mighty wet...
Perhaps we can find a group who will be "cruising for the kids"
around the holidays, and show So. Cal. that the replica people
care.....Nahhhh......
Anyway, if you hear of a good cruise for the holidays, let us know..
By the way next weekend is the bug-fest at Santa Anita race track..
I can't make it, but last week it was very cool, over 3000 VW,
and I did pretty good at the track that day.....
