David,

I think I'd buy the lexan ones you are making for $250 and forgo the glass sidewindows. My opinion only. I am interested in buying one set of the Lexan if you go into production. Have you had a chance to measure the distance between the two mounting hole on the door sill yet? Let me know as I want to make sure they would fit my JPS. I assume they are the same as a VS but want to make sure.

Thanks, Bruce
If you are going have them made of glass, Alcapp glass in New york is to me the best..

They can make custom curved units with tempered glass which is a must do if want them strong. Of course a ice pic will shatter them in to tiny cubes (if hit hard enough) My D windows were $80.each beveled edges and all.and I got 2 spares free.

I still don,t know how that happened. But I not gonna complain.
I am wondering if you don't have roll-up windows would glass replacement side curtains be durable, or would the mounting "bolt" and the weight of the glass cause it to crack/shatter with use?

For my two cents if a simple vent feature could be added to the non-scratch lexan type of material I would like them better.
