Leaning out the carbs on my VS

I have about 500 miles on my new VS and from the beginning I thought it was running a little rich but now I am getting some discoloration on the rear bumper confirming it. So...Can anyone give me step by step instructions on adjusting the stock (Kadron?) carbs that came on my VS.
