Been parked for a few weeks...Started and let it idle for about 15 min, no problem.
But, I noticed the left manifold was hot to the touch and the right was ice cold.
CHT # 3 was in the 280's, oil 180*
Thoughts, valves?

#3 is always the hottest. Yes. Adjust the valves.

I'm of the opinion that the left side is OK, but the right side hasn't warmed up yet. You can check the valves, but I would be surprised if that is the issue.
While the left side always gets slightly less air flow, the side-to-side difference isn't all THAT great, so I can't explain the difference. Air/fuel mix going through the manifold will tend to cool it, but they should cool equally, more-or-less so, again, I can't explain the difference. The manifolds get their heat directly from the heads.....Are the head/manifold gaskets the same thickness?
Drive it for 30-60 minutes and then do a touch test to see if they equalize. If they don't (one side is still noticeably hotter) then we can all provide a myriad of ideas for things to fix.

Is this something new? Is this something you regularly check, or is this a new procedure? Might help with diagnosis.
Never checked before. I did take it for a 30 minute drive and all seemed fine. #3 never got up past 325* oil 190*and the manifolds where closer in temp (by touch) after the drive.
Other then just starting it a couple times it has not been driven in 2 months.
I take it you're talking about intake manifolds? What about exhaust pipes? (check each near the head).

Well, THAT is your problem! If they even out after just a few minutes of driving, then

Sync the carbs? Maybe idle is higher on the hot side. This is assuming you have dual carbs.
Check intake manifold nuts.
