Before you do so, put those back on and get a gauge set up and check your rocker gemetry to see if all is well. After you are sure you have good rocker gemetry, you then can figure out the lengths. You will definitely gain a lot if you do what I say. You will ensure that you are not over loading your valve stems with your rockers causing abnormal and premature wear or sudden failure! You will also actually ensure you have valves opening as close to the advertise valve lifts specs for your given camshaft. Oh yeah, it all also depend on the deck height, compression-based geometries, rocker ratios, etc... so giving a length involves a little more.
