Post a pic of your car. Went for a short drive today and a quick stop at the grocery store.

I’ll get something tomorrow if it doesn’t rain. We have a tad more color than Marty, so there is that and a really cool common and bandstand in the center of town so we’ll see how good the car looks up there....
Lots of green still on the Blackstone Canal bike trail this afternoon, but that will certainly change this coming week as the foliage peak approaches.

Cars and coffee.
Always the usual suspects, but always some new faces, too.
A pristine, fresh-from-the-dealer brand new Ford GT, paint still perfect all around. No hits, no rubs, no errors.
A newly rolled out British sports car, from the age when real people could afford them. And real people could fix them. Running again, after a refit.
An early 60's Alfa. A Giulia. Or a Giulietta? Served up with Webers Bolognese. Mama mia!
A few gems, a few diamonds in the rough, sprinkled among the Mustangs and the Vettes and the Lambos. As things were wrapping up, though, I spotted this guy.
My day was made!

Not a great shot but one with many memories. Pic taken in Castlegar, BC , one year and one day ago while driving from Vancouver to Ottawa having just taken delivery. The odo is now plus 14,083 km since the pic.

A friend snapped these early this morning from his 550 Spyder as we crossed the Richmond- San Rafael Bridge to Head to a Cars and Coffee in Marin.
I just love the motion shots of our cars.

Looks like the rest of the week is supposed to be raining around Five Cent Racing's Inter-Galactic Headquarters, so today was IT for a "Foliage Ride" for a few days.
Pearl, up at "The Center" of town - every one just says "The Center" and everyone else knows where that is and it is, quite literally, up on the highest hill in town. Town Common Bandstand in the background, Grafton Inn and Tavern in the far background (white building) and roof peak of the library far right. I tried to get that "Marty" look in this shot. All those Maples will be spectacular in about a week or two (Colored Foliage is 2-3 weeks late this year).
Entering the Upton State Forest, one town over. Those "Swamp Maples" are just about going by while a lot of other trees are still green (but not for long!)
Listened to "Patsy Cline" for the whole ride and ready for more (both Patsy and another ride)!

I want to have my Fuchs finished like you have. What body Speedster is your car? The Flares look wider than a FF/CMC.
Nope. 1993 CMC " Speedster Californian ". Could be the camera angles, though, making her hips look fatter (like JLO).
The Fuchs started out life as black anodized spokes (from Germany - They're real Fuchs) but I thought they would look better against the white car with stripped and polished spokes so I spent 4 entire days on each wheel, stripping (stripping was a useless effort), grinding (that anodizing was really tough), sanding and polishing them to what you now see. Only a retired guy would waste so much time on something so foolish, but they look friggin AWSOME, don't they?
I have real Fuchs as well but plan to send mine out this winter to have them polished like your wheels. You did a great job on yours.

Sitting here waiting for my new wheels to arrive (there were issues with two of them so they had to be rebuilt), it’s interesting seeing the variety of wheel arrangements on everyone’s cars.
These cars look nice whatever wheels are on them.
@Bob: IM S6 from which wheel to which wheel? 15 to 16 ?
Good idea Bob. Let's continue this thread with wheels. Porsche 944 Turbo Spares. I bought one original off of eBay. Mailed it to Chris Codington in California. He ran a custom CNC to reproduce for me. Originally 15 by 6 but widened with engine upgrade.

With all 911 suspension, I am running 16” Porsche wheels currently, as pictured above on my IM6. Six inch front, eight inch rear. Genuine Porsche, but a little ugly.
After a long search to find a company to make the wheels I wanted, I am going to 17” custom made Fuch like wheels, with 15” centers, and 17” stepped rim. This gives me more choice in performance tires.
I don't have any photos of the new wheels.
Thanks.
@Marty Grzynkowicz Nice. I did not know Chris C still do wheels. I thought the custom shop as well as the wheel place had close.

This is going back a few years. I don't know what he is up to today.
