Yes; it is the larger one which was correct for the 356A in late ‘57. I can still manage to get in and once you are seated the extra leverage makes the car feel like it has power steering as compared to the Nardi it used to have. As you can see in the photo the size difference is quite notable.
@Jon T posted:@beemerb0y Take a look at Bettylu356speedster’s profile page, he has several photos of his ivory with black/black interior. I’ve seen it in person (before and after the James Dean ‘enhancements). The black really looks right with ivory. The white piping on the seats adds a surprising amount of elegance. https://www.speedsterowners.co.../bettylu356speedster
Actually Ivory exterior and black interior and top was an original color combo. The tan imterior for an ivory body color was not. The fact is that original colors and combinations for these cars were quite limited in those days.

is the 2-spoke wheel feel flimsy?
It feels more delicate than the Nardi but not flimsy. I am thinking that the 400 mm might feel a little more solid due to the smaller circumference.

Good to know. Reason Im asking because the 3-spoke Banjo is pretty flimsy compared to the Nardi, so I figured remove 1 more spoke and it might be sloppy!
As I have stated in other posts, my old '56 A Coupe had the two spoke banjo and I hated it. Too flexible, and it cracked and the horn rim actually broke off. All I wanted then was a Nardi, but that was too much money for me at the time. that wheel, and the car attached thereto all long gone . . .
Anyone with tan interior opt for black/dark carpet (instead of tan/light carpet)?
I wish I’d done it like this: I believe originally you could’ve had a gray German squareweave carpet with black piping and black interior also. That would look amazing too. The front seats would be black vinyl with the gray carpet on the back.
@beemerb0y did you follow the link in my post above? We have a member (Brian) who had black/black in his ivory speedster, with white piping on the seats. I think it looks great in person. He has a few photos on his profile page.

These photos are so good. I really like the black & white and the subdued palette of the color ones.

Bit late to the party here, but never too late to share... my ivory VMS has the buck interior, tan carpet and German square weave mats and dark brown top/tonneau etc. I love this combination!
