Jill,
I think that you folks live a bit far away for a trade, but here's the info on the MGB.
It's a 1973 chrome bumper roadster, 1998 Ford dark metallic green with a black interior. The body needs rear dog legs installed, I have the patch panels, The interior needs to be re-installed, It was removed to double check the floors and rockers for rust (they're in GREAT condition) and to replace the carpets. (They're new and come with new tan coco mats). The gauges are all VDO and the steering wheel is a nice padded aluminum three spoke from the TR8 with a Monolita hub and horn button with emblem. The shifter has a matching leather knob with emblem.
All of the trim pieces are new or restored to like new condition. Bumpers, interior pieces, side trim, lights, lenses, etc., etc. are all great looking and ready to re-install.
The convertible top really needs a new plastic window, but it would a wonderful idea to go with a tan canvas replacement instead of just a new window. It has a good tonneau cover and boot.
The wheels are alloy ARE with 205/60 15's. The front suspension is stock MGB. The engine is a 3.1 Chevrolet fuel injected V6 connected to a GM T-5 five speed box, shortened/balanced drive shaft and a narrowed 10 bolt Chevrolet rear end. The engine ran great when the car was taken off the road, It as a new water pump, starter and balancer, all set to go. The radiator was checked over at the same time, it's fine and comes with a re-worked electric fan, the previous fan was too small and poorly attached, I thought.
It's a project in that it needs the stuff put back on/in the car, not that it needs to be rebuilt. Prior to the disassembly I drove it everywhere, I wanted to take it off the road to finish the interior up nice. It's titled and has a prior registration and all that sort of paperwork and stuff.
I want to trade it for a project 914. Doesn't have to be a runner at all, terminal rust is fine, I need the body/tub to be decent, but rusted floors and suspension mounting points, longitudinals, battery tray area, etc. don't matter.
Hope this helps, I can shoot pics when it warms up and the snow melts a little more.
Thanks,
TC
