I got pictures of the rack, straps and luggage from Tab. The Reutter looks really good and appears to have the appropriate offsets etc. for mounting to a single or double grill rear deck.
These Reutters are tough to find, unlike the Lietz of which there are several stainless knockoffs and sources.
Autobahn's luggage rack would be a cool accessory for your Speedster. Less kit-looking than standard rack option. The asking price is VERY reasonable!
After reading this post I Googled 'Reutter luggage rack' for kicks. Search included 'Images' for Reutter luggage rack.
I've included that link, I chuckled when I saw pics of my (silver) VS Speedster on two of the images. One with my car at a car show with my Reutter rack loaded with vintage luggage (and travel stickers) '50s skis and bamboo poles. The other with me & wife on California Hwy 1. Cool!

Rather than a luggage rack Donna and I bought a large Filson Duffle. It fits perfectly in the back seat and has ample space for both of us (but not in the duffle of course - we sit in front...). This is a very high quality bag with thick bridle leather and with the vintage looks it goes well with your speedster. Made right here in the U.S.A and it will outlast you and the generations you leave behind! Well worth the $$$ IMO. I should be a prize announcer on a game show right?

Nothing could be cooler than Musbjim's rack on the back with skis and the trunk. A total/funky look indeed !
I asked the Bride about getting a rear deck rack for our extended mileage tours and she said no. We like to go incognito more or less and keep a real low profile, blending in with friendly locals as best we can. We've been well received to date. Our car looks like a daily driver and when on tour we treat it as such.
The lack of a rear rack also keeps you know who from too much shopping....and I'm good with that too.
Someone's got a good rack but it's not me.
Rusty, I love that Filson Duffle. I have a quality Mexican Leather duffle in a saddle brown but its only like 23-24 inches. The one you posted would fit nicely across the back. My birthday is coming up. 
Im learning so much about this luggage rack. Its neat but I dont like the look of a rack on my speedster. I bought this rack hoping I would like it but I have changed my mind

Tab - If you have room, stow it away until the time you need luggage for an extended trip (Carlisle). Keep it off the car otherwise. Would hate to see you just give it away (lowball price).
Or maybe, sell raffle tickets for it...

I have the room I think Im going to keep the rack. Ill use it but just not a everyday item I want on the car
That's what I do. The rack detracts from the appearance so for shows and around town I leave the rack off. BUT for big trips when I need more space I put the rack on the Speedster.
It's quick and easy to install or remove.
Any pics of just the luggage and straps? I may be interested as I just bought a rack a few months Ago. I have never gotten so many comments as I have gotten nice I put the luggage rack with a suitcase all stickered up on my car. Just lookipp gofer better luggage and straps.....
