I was looking at wheels and noticed there aren't any 16" options for the 4x130. Anybody have any options I didn't find? Tires are way cheaper for that size and tons to choose from.

Go to Porsche 5x130mm rotors/drums and there are 16" rims available. They most likely will be 6" wide though.
Early VW wide fives were 16" but very narrow. 4 bolt VWs were never 16".
Morgans has 4x130 bolt-pattern 16-inchers but they were narrow and weak. Most racing Morgans you see these days have VW wheels @15.
I'm sure you can have something made.
I think there are 16" 5x205 steel wheels made (don't know the widths); what would be really cool is if the guys making the aluminum 15" wheels would do them in 16".
Yeah, I posted about this over on Spyderclub. 16" in 4.5, 5, 6 and 7 would be unprecedented. Imagine running a 205/50 or 55/16 on a 6 inch rim in the front and a 225/45 or 50/16 on a 7" in the back. Do a pie cut on the back of a Speedster or Coupe and narrow the suspension in the front.
I think it's possible to do tasteful flares on a Spyder or with true IRS a narrowed rear could put it all under the fenders.
Greg would be the guy to get this going. It is going to have to happen anyway eventually with the tire choices going the way they are. I've seen 80, 100, 150, 200, and 300 treadwear ratings in the sizes above.

Looks like we're thinking alike, Danny!
I like a lot of sidewall on classic cars. I'm searching for tires for the Alfa GT project and surprisingly there are plenty of options in 14" diameter wheels. I can 15" too but it changes the look.

Yes, Danny, that does allow you to get a lot more rubber back there - even 8" wheels.
