I also ordered the Reutters side badge. I believe this goes on the right side behind front wheel. Any measurements?
I have ordered the Reutters Vin# and paint# badges. Does anyone know where they are supposed to be located? Pictures would really help as well.

Thanks Barry. I don't see the mail yet, though.
I resent it again ,If you look at the pic, The the badge is about as far above the lower door crack ,as much, as the lower part below the crack, is wide. about 7" I am guessing
I own a '96 - IM '58 D Roadster and just ordered:
Drauz badge
Front/rear Porsche script
Rear Super 90 script
Porsche dash script
and am also wondering about the correct placement these items.
It appears, after viewing numerous photos of cars, that they are not always placed the same spot.
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

Anyone interested in badge placement and the like, I would recommend you purchase "The 356 Porsche: A Restorer's Guide to Authenticity" by Brett Johnson. There is a link to it in the library section of the website or you can just go here:
www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0929758161/ref=ase_ididthat0f/103-5685173-4316651
It has everything you need.

Yelp ; That's the Johnson Book,,, Also the Orignal Porsche 356, the restorer's guide, the hard back edition. by Laurence Meredith is also a good source for pic's. for script and trim placement. ececilly the Draus, it had some very good interior pic's
On an original they go on the left door hinge cover. But the Vintage doesn't have the same configuration...so I would mount they on the rear inside door frame.
This is the placement for your Reutter Badge, as per the 356 Registry oddly enough there should only be one.. on the right front fender.. not on the left.. The Vin and Color Badges may not work on a fiberglass replica depending on the shape of your door jam
