I know nothing more about it than what the auction states, but on that basis, it's worth looking into further.
I built a Beck Speedster and don't think you'll find a "kit" any better to build since most of the hard work is done and most of the parts are included: just add your engine, transaxle and tires.

There's also a very interesting aluminium body spyder kit for sale on Ebay right now.
It's pretty darn tempting, although the panels don't look like they fit together that great (looking at the clamshell and the firewall).
Still, what could be done with this body, a Raby Type IV, and lots of Fibresteel goodies . . .
