Looking for a good shop for my 2009 Beck 356 Speedster with Subaru 2.5L engine. Those of you with the Subaru engines, do you service them at Subaru shops?

I have a Suby powered 2012 SAS cabriolet. I have it serviced at a Subaru place.
Cobb Tuning is one of the premiere Subaru tuning shops/dealers in America. They are located in Austin. One of their claims to fame is the Cobb Accessport, a portable ECU tuning device that is well-proven on thousands of Subis for increased performance without the danger of running lean and grenading your engine. Austin is a big town. Google Austin Subi tuners for an up-to-date list. There may be an Austin Subaru (WRX, STI, Legacy, etc) club that can provide local knowledge also.
I attempted to go with Cobb, but they don't actually have a shop in Austin! Go figure, they're based out of Austin, but their nearest shop is in Plano, TX (about 3.5 hours north of Austin).
After much research I decided to take my Beck Speedster to the following places here in Austin, TX...
