Looking for a good Speedster mechanic in Arizona

Can anyone recommend anyone good....I have had my speedster for years, and because I am traveling so much it just does not get a lot of miles, BUT I still need to get it tuned etc.

Does anyone know of a good mechanic in the Phoenix area that knows how to work on aircooled VW engines??

Don't limit your shop selection to "speedster mechanics". My current speedster guru runs a dune buggy shop. His brother builds VW engines all day long. They have solved nearly everything VW related, including successfully trouble-shooting Weber carbs, on my speedy. I just know there are lots of buggy shops in the Phoenix area.

Ask for a list of happy customers - and don't be shy about talking to them. I've always considered my speedy to be nothing more than a VW hot rod with a pretty body.
