I HAVE JUST FOUND A WEB SITE CALLED cswspeedsters.com OUT OF KINGSTON ONTARIO DONT KNOW VERY MUCH ABOUT THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT CHEAP ( $32,635 CDN )FOR JUST THE DELUXE KIT WHICH MEANS NO ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION. BY THE WAY THIS CAR COMES WITH A HONDA ENGINE AND 5 SPEED TRANS.LIQUID COOLED ( HEATER!). by the way john this replica was built turnkey in longbeach cal and shipped with kid gloves by kirk duncans guy it's almost embarassing the amount of attention you get driving it. by the way that price you were quoted was way higher than what i would ask and i'm not anxious
Beware of that place in Kingston as I seem to recall something about them a while back....
I think if you look close, all of the pictures of "cars" on the site seem to be real speedsters and not replicas. Its hard to tell as they don't show any shots of sompleted cars up close.
If you look at the build photos you see a frame being built but that's about it. I didn't notice any pics of bodies going on the frames, interiors being completed, etc, etc like you do when you look at other maker's site.
I could be wrong though....

By the way, there are quite a few of these cars out your way. My IM came from Toronto and at the time (2001) there were 3 for sale including one of Henry's own cars with the 911 bumper treatment and a 2 L 911 engine.
