Looking for a wider, safer rear view mirror for your Speedster?  A week ago I bought one of these 9 1/4" wide glass mirror clip-ons now being advertised on eBay for only $6.99 with free shipping.  A real value, it was shipped from California and arrived here just three days later.  It was an easy and secure fit. . .  and I love it.

Copy that.  I just set the mirror a little to one side so if I want to see out back, I just move my head a little, and the lights don't hit me square in the peepers when looking normally.  sorta works.  Plus I have the two outside mirrors on the fenders. It ain't great, like you say, but it works.  and I work hard to stay out of everybody else's way too.  and only drive in the day time . . . wish.

I also set my mirror so that I have to move my head a little to see out back and avoid being blinded by a guy who wants to read "what kind of car is that" badge on my grill.

I do find that adjusting the mirrors as per my previous posts to merge all three mirrors into one field of view helps eliminate the blind spots with the car.

It does give me a bit of an issue trying to park near a curve as the passenger side mirror does not show me the closeness of the curb... I just park far  So that is my solution .... only thing left a 360 camera system with a pop up screen... just kidding.

I have a couple of these, in Asia they're everywhere. Unfortunately;

1. kids love to steal them, I've come out of the market several times to find mine missing. (nope can't carry it with me - already carrying my car papers and radio face in my pockets)

2. The ones I get (at least) vibrate like hell. I went back to dealing with just the stock one.. less vibration.

Vibrate??

Hummm, that's interesting to know since I've not had any problems with the brand that I purchased.  It fit the review mirror that came with my VS as tight as could be.  In other words, I've not had any wiggle factor on this side of the pond.

It's been a wonderful addition.  The wider rear view is very much appreciated as well as being an added safety feature.  Have since bought two more for our other cars.
