Looking for an alignment shop in Maryland.

Looking for a shop that is familiar with aligning these car, ours is on a 1970 bug pan ( CMC ). All new parts but the last shop that did the alignment (P.O.) never locked down the jamb nuts on the tie rods so it needs done again. Our local Mr. Tire said they could do it and I tried them, now it shimmies side to side. They could not adjust the camber to spec, they said it needed a bushing kit that they did not have, live and learn....

We live in Wesminster near the Hanover Pa. line. Willing to travel to get some one who knows what they are doing !

I had mine done at Atlantic Tire in Rosedale (Rt 40 just east of Baltimore). They couldn't adjust the rear camber ('cause she sits low) but do seem to have gotten the toes right and they put the front camber right where I told them to (.5 degree negative, which is not quite to VW spec). Only dumbass thing they did was inflate all 4 tires to something like 32 lbs, so she rode like a rock afterwards. Easy enough to fix though. http://www.atlantictire.net/ Good folks and they'll work with you.
