Looking for Great Northern Roads

Looks like I'll be heading north of the Mason Dixon late June. We have been given tickets to Clapton's Guitar Festival in Chicago 26 June. Trying to plan about 4-5 days cruising the back roads around the Great Lakes. Minnesota, Wisconson, Michigan, Illinois. Any suggestions for Great Roads? 2,23,41,61???? I'm open to suggestions I know there are a few Speedster Owners in this area or may have traveled there recently.

Two years ago I had tickets to the concert in Hyde Park, London. It was supposed to be the first thing on the agenda for three weeks in Europe for our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip. We had a corner suite across the street at the Marriott.

British Airways had trouble with a seal on the cargo door of the 747.

Nuff said.......still hurts. British Airways offered to refund the cost of the tickets.........I asked if they could somehow in my lifetime align the stars again to have things fall into place........still hurts.

U.P. Michigan is a great place to cruise. No interstates but one, I-75
from St Ignace to Sault Saint Marie, about 75 miles. Roads are in prety good shape. We use to cruise motorcycles in the U.P. but since
go rid of two wheels and cruise in our Speedster.

OMG, Richard! That is one hell of a lineup! Wish I could be there.

If you make it to the Detroit area, please look me up. We're expecting a new baby on 6-18, so I might be a little distracted. Not much scenic here, but a lot of historic. Henry Ford and I are neighbors (if he was still around :))
