Hey, I think I know that car... ;)

I'll look at the build sheet when I get to the office and let you know more about it if I can.
IIRC I built it in '04. The only thing I can see that is not accurate is the "Marshal fog lights". They were slim lights by KC or Eagle Eye.
Anyway, I'll look at the other specs and let you know.

Not too many in that blue color. Off the top of my head I think I've only done 4 that color. AC Roda (from this site) has one, and my own car is that color.
OK. Looking at the specs it looks like everything is pretty accurate to what I have in my records.
The only things that I have noted that are different would be:
The fogs as mentioned above.
I have the trans noted as a pro street, not a pro comp. Only difference would be the close ratio 3/4.
I installed a Setrab oil cooler, Amsoil external filter, and thermostat, not what is mentioned. Not saying it couldn't have been changed, but that's what went into the car originally.
I also have noted that the stereo is a high end Kenwood w. Clarion component speakers. Again, could have been changed.

We built it to a roller and the original customer supplied his own CB Performance motor. I was told it was getting a 2110cc. I also have noted that the car had 2 exhaust systems purchased from BSC. Same design, one with muffler and one with a false muffler. Neither with heater boxes. IIRC that particular exhaust will not accept heater boxes.

Not mentioned are rear reflectors which were originally put on the car.

I received some updated photos of this car a year or so ago and it looked GREAT! Really like the attached one too!

Anyway, hope this helped.

Exactly... Unless the car is built on a VW pan with the old serial numbers or has been registered under SB100 I don't see how a "kit-car" can get through the DMV as other than being registed as the year it was built.. I'm curious how the Beck Speedsters handle Cal's registration hassles
