These look to be from Special Edition / Beck Speedsters.

Alan is correct. The seats came with the Beck Speedster Deluxe package from Special Edition: http://www.beckspeedster.com/

Or cut the headrest off Porsche 914 seats and reupholster them. The shells are fiberglass and the headrest is easily eliminated.

I have two fibreglass 'blanks' (no covers from Thundercreek. I am looking at miata seats for mine.
