looking for orange county speedster club and turning signal problem

Hi everyone!

I just purchased a 1956 silver porsche speedster replica for my long overdue fantasy christmas present. I just love it! I live in Orange County and would like to know if there are any speedster clubs in my area? My other question is that my turning lights work on the outside but the flashing signal light on the steering wheel works only occasionally. What do I do about that? Thank You!

As a new owner - a good book to buy is "How to keep your VW Alive" by John Muir. Sounds like a loose wire between flasher and the dash light --- or a loose/corroded ground.

There are quite a few Speedster Owners Club (SOC) members in Orange County. I will be sure to give you a holler (or e-mail) about any upcoming get togethers or cruises we put together.

As for your turn signals lights, we have the occasional Tech Nite where we work on little projects on our cars. Other than that, there are many very knowledgeable folks on this site that can usually 'talk-you-through' a trouble-shooting process.
