Haven't seen any on a speedster, Brian. I've seen the 8 spoke Empi wheels and they looked fine.
It all gets down to whether you want the traditional look or you want your own personal touch.
I've tried several new "shoes" on my speedster; from Rivieras to retro beauty rings and caps to Rudge replicas. And I'm in the process of something new.
If you like the look of Fuchs, you'll probably like the five spokes.
Personally, I like to be different. If nobody has produced a photo yet you are pretty much assured that you will be the first.

As I recall Ray Armstrong (OLDMAN) is running the 8-spoke Empi's, but you might search through his photos to get an idea of how they look. Very nice on his 'Hoopty-like' Speedster.
