Kinda looks like a gauge from "Classic Gauge Reproductions"

https://classicinstruments.com/

And/or you could try searching at Summit Racing  https://www.summitracing.com/

or Speedway Motors   https://www.speedwaymotors.com/

You could also get your existing gauge repaired to like new at either Palo Alto Speedometer

http://www.paspeedo.com/gauges.htm

Or North Hollywood Speedometer

https://www.nhspeedometer.com

Are you positive it's the gauge? Ground and then open the signal lead, you should get full then empty or vice versa.

Most of the time either the sender is bad or you lost ground from the tank to the chassis/fuel gauge. Check this first before you try a new gauge.

On my car, I ran a ground wire from one of the sender screws directly to the ground bus under the dash.
