Hi all,

I recently acquired an original Reutters Rack that I want to use on my IM. I contacted Hnsry at IM and he sold me a bracket that goes "inside" the grill, and the rack then screws onto the bracket. The way it is designed is to make the rack useful and safe, not just for looks!

The problem is that it is really designed to be installed when the car is being built. The retrofit is going to require removing the original latch, drilling out some rivets and remounting the latch. Not sure I want to do it, and not sure I trust soemone else to do it!!

Any other ideas for mounting the rack safely using another method? Ideally, I would also want to remove it when I didn't need it without too much trouble.

Thanks to all as always!
