HI guys I am after a luggage rack. CAn anyone help out? Perhaps some one can suggest a supplier that will ship international.

NLA is selling repo Lietz and Reuter racks. You probably do not have the moutning areas of an original car but the NLA racks should mount just as the Vintage racks do. I have a Lietz on my car.

I got a Reutter reproduction from NLA and it fit nicely with a couple of bolt length mods. I just wanted a more "50's" look so passed on the VS-JPS version. I also added some of Dusty's leather straps to the equation and It looks great. I added them for the photo but only use them when I put a bag on. The rack was $299 and I am sure they ship internationally at NLA.

I applied for the personalized plates and got approval from DMV then ordered the matching '56 plates from www.licenseplates.tv. For legal reasons they do not ship to CA so had mine shipped to friends in AZ and forwarded to me. I keep the real plates under the seat in case I get stopped. Hopefully no cops will object, as they add a nice touch of nostalgia. The plates were $75 each and I got 2. I figured if I'm going to be illegal I should go about it legally and have one on the front too.
