There were a few luggage racks for sale under the "Classified" category - "Luggage Racks Wanted". I'm not sure if all of them sold but you might want to take a look and ask them.

Vintage Speedsters manufactureres their own racks. When purchasing though--if you're car isn't a Vintage--ask Kirk if it'll still fit your make of car.
There are a couple of Lietz or Leitz racks on EBAY now for seemingly resonable prices. There is also a couple of styles that are unlike anything I've seen before.
