We pulled into the driveway around 7pm today after driving the final leg in sun, cool temps but no rain. 3,944 miles in total and a fair bit of help along the way. I'd like to thank Norma and Bruce and all others who helped to put a great show on again this year. Nicely done everyone ! Cory Drake did some very nice artwork again, as usual. Beautiful stuff. A special shout out to Todd, Danny and Cory for the help replacing my windshield that took a rock heading into Florida and cracked. Cary Hines came thru and brought an extra for me to Carlisle and we did the swap on the field Saturday. Woke up Sunday morning and the bugger cracked itself overnight. Heading North today the phone rang and it was Cary Hines. He's sending me a second windshield next week....NO CHARGE ! Now that's first class generosity. It was great to see old friends again and put faces to names we knew already. Thank you everyone. Jack....we couldn't find you to say goodbye before we left. You like to sleep in, eh ?
