I commisioned an fancy new shift knob for my 911 Wevo Shifter. It's a lighter Mahogany wood to match my steering wheel. Here is a pic. I'll let youz guyz know how it looks and feels when I get it in a few days.

Marty, like I told Lane, it's normal to like the feel of your knob, but not so normal to paint your knob. Lane is the only guy I know who has painted his knob.
Wooden you know it?
Doesn't Vince know a lot about this topic? He has been scarce lately, or I'm sure he would have an interesting comment..... or two..... to add to this discussion.

I don't know, Marty. It looks a little plain to me.
Rich, Photoshop a smiley face on that knob, please?

I like knob #3. Joe, I paid good money for my knob to be polished professionally.
Well, I hope there was a happy ending to the knob polishing.
You realize that once in awhile you have to rub out a good finish!
areI are there any places in Carlisle that will polish your knob when you get there? I am sure having your knob polished will make for a better car show?

Most of my best finishes are "rubbed out"
