Last June I ordered some vintage Porsche posters from Make Big Daddy Rich in Florida as seen in "Excellence Magazine". After waiting about 6 months I still hadnt received them, even though my credit card was billed. After making a phone call they told me they would look into it and then call me back. They never did call back. So I again made a second call and they told me one of the posters was on back order and they would replace it with something else. I then agreed to this..........Been almost a year since I ordered the stuff...still havent received it. And what did I find in my mail today, another credit card bill charging me a second time for product I have never seen. Now I have to make a third call to get this mess straightened out. PISSED OFF. Tim.

My favorite was a project done by a graduate psychology student for his master's thesis. He ran an ad for several weeks in the personals column of several major west coast newspapers which read, "Hurry! Don't be the last to send your $1.00 to P. O. Box ???, "city", "state", "zip".

Over 100,000 people mailed him a dollar, which is a lot more than he expected. He gave the money to the local Salvation Army people.

This surprised postal authorities too as it was not postal fraud because he didn't promise anything for the money! The laws have since been changed to cover this type of scam as offering an "implied" reward.
