Really creative! So how much $$ you got tied up in a pair of those?
Never made them, Bob. And, considering the price the guy on the Samba is asking right now, I would say it is probably more expensive to make them yourself.
But the headlight screens used to cost well north of $100.00 and the home-made ones made sense.
It's still a fun project for those who like to do things on their own.
I'm with you Terry. Neat project as long as your head is somewhere near the shape of a headlight! I have a couple of deformities/bumps in mine due to a partially misspent youth that might throw the shape off.
