You can get them at almost any VW parts supplier; check out hot VW's mag for lots of ads and offers from different vendors. I know for a fact that Mid America Motorworks offers them as a package with tires included ( I believe they're Coopers); if you'd like to explore that route.
Ricardo's right, that Mid America Motorworks deal is really a nice way to go.
