Whoa. That's amazing. What's the story behind the fresh bodywork on the nose there? The rest of the car looks like it's in great shape. There has to be a reason why the front section is being reworked.

Is this the same car? With two different accidents? The owner/driver should think about changing the number. Number 3 is bad luck.

There used to be a '1' in front of the '3', but it fell off.
Now that I think about it, the owner may want to get a new driver.
